Refund and Cancellation Policy
Money Back Guarantee Excludes Trucking Charges
We understand that sometimes plans change, but please note that returned equipment will be refunded less trucking charges, including the additional cost of picking up the container.
Buyer Protection Policy
Conexwest is here for you. If you order a shipping container and it doesn't arrive, doesn't match the description, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, we've got you covered. Our Buyer Protection Policy is designed to give you peace of mind in knowing you'll receive the exact container you purchased.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before sending funds at no cost, unless the payment includes terms and/or the container has been customized.
If you've paid but we have not yet processed your order, you will receive a 100% refund, less applicable banking fees.
If we have processed your order and your non-customized container has been allocated, surveyed, moved to the depot releasing area, or shipped to you, you can still cancel; HOWEVER, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus reimbursement of the full costs of any modified work (if applicable), shipping/trucking, surveying, depot storage, and banking fees.
Customized Orders
Please note that customized shipping containers are non-refundable.
Delivery Terms
If your delivery site cannot accommodate the container, the driver will drop it at the nearest suitable location. If delivery must be refused or the container returned to the yard, one month of free storage will be provided. After one month, current storage fees will apply.
Post-Delivery
Once the container is delivered and you have signed for it and/or completed your physical inspection, ownership transfers to you. Please conduct a thorough inspection upon delivery.
Refunds are not provided for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the color after delivery or damage caused by an unprepared delivery site (e.g., soft ground unable to support container weight).
Third-Party Expenses
Conexwest is not liable for any third-party expenses or lost time related to the sale or rental of equipment caused by delays or cancellations in container drop-offs.
Parts and Supplies Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Parts and supplies (excluding shipping containers) are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special order parts are non-refundable.
